M81 – Bode’s Galaxy

Messier 81 – Bode’s Galaxy, 2021-10-16.

Continuing my third imaging session, I wanted to try and capture some more targets before taking my darks. Since I planned on imaging the northern sky I did not have a clear view of objects closer to the horizon for the southern sky. A quick look in the planetarium found three galaxies in close proximity to eachother.

16x240s, ISO1600, bortle 4. Mostly clear skies. Total integration time of 64 minutes.
