I used my Home Observatory to take a look into the soul of the universe

I finally have astro darkness here in the northern part of Sweden, but the weather is not on my side. Some nights look promising only to be ruined by fog due to the much higher temperature compared to what is normal for this season. I use this time to plan for upcoming videos and targets as well as process data that I’ve been saving from the last season.

So, when I say I looked into the soul of the universe, I meant the Soul Nebula. Located in the constellation Cassiopeia, about 7 500 light years from earth, you will find the Soul Nebula, that together with the Heart Nebula fill up an area of about 300 light years and is often called the Heart and Soul.
