NGC 6992 – Eastern Veil Nebula, 2021-10-18.
After messing around with the focus for a very long time I got centered on the Eastern Veil Nebula. It was below zero temperatures and almost full moon, so not the best of conditions. I started the plan on my computer and went inside to a warm couch and Netflix. This is what appeared about 2 hours later.
30x240s, ISO1600, bortle 4. Clear skies and about -3C. Total integration time 2 hours.
